GETTING HERE
In general it’s possible to get to BenchSpace by walking, bike or public transport. But that’s not feasible for everyone and often not practical when transporting timber or tools.
The parking at 21 Brooklyn Rd is for tenants only. There’s usually plenty of on-street parking nearby and several paid parking lots a few blocks away towards the central city. We have flat access off Nairn St for loading and unloading timber, machines etc - contact the BenchSpace crew in advance to arrange this.
From the carpark at 21 Brooklyn Rd, you should see signs for BenchSpace. If the workshop is open there’ll be a bell to ring and you can come upstairs to the workshop space.
For the mobility impaired, by prior arrangement we can let you in through the flat access from Nairn St.
